What began as a purely self-indulgent obsession with having our own sparkling Shiraz to share with friends over breakfast, lunch and dinner, has now literally flowed over and is being loved by our members far and wide.
Sparkling Red is an Australian Icon that is made from many different wines, we prefer Shiraz and for it to be made in a savoury style.
The fruit from the Pyrenees abounds with flavour. This is a wonderfully refreshing sparkling wine made in the Traditional Methode.
